How Much Are Your Memberships

Memberships are $35 bi-weekly, requires 30 days notice to cancel.

Do you offer free trials?

Yes we offer a free BootCamp trial, to set up a trial just use this link – BOOK TOUR HERE

Do you offer drop in's?

Yes we do, we can arrange a drop in during staffed hours only use this link to book a drop in –> Book Drop In Here!

Do you have showers and water fountains?

Yes we do, and they are quite nice bring your own towel and water bottle.

Do you offer child care?

No we don’t offer child care due to space and staff restraints. Our insurance does not cover us for anyone under 14 who is not working with a trainer so there are no kids allowed in the gym. No exceptions  please don’t ask.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do not offer any discounts on our memberships as we want to provide the best client experience to our members to do this we are limiting the number of memberships we are selling so the gym is not super busy and members don’t have to wait for equipment.

How do I book my group training workouts on the app?

How do I log into the back office?

You can log in to the back office to change your payment info, see all your receipts, see your next payment.

Can I transfer my membership?

No memberships are non transferable

Do you have free wifi?

Yes we do, the log in info is right beside the door to the gym by the cubbies.

Where can I park?

We have parking in the front parking lot, on the street in front of the building and the entire back lot is a parking lot, if you park back there you just have to walk to the front doors there is no access door in the back. Please don’t park on the side of the building, in the drive way or in our neighbors parking lot.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership send an email to support@thegyminthenorth.com or fill out the form on the contact us page. All memberships require 30 days notice to cancel. But don’t go, we will miss you!

What are your staffed hours?

We are open by appointment only. As we don’t have front desk staff. To book an appointment go to –> Contact Us Here

Do I have to buy a key fob?

Yes all members need a key fob. This is what we use to access the gym 24 hours a day as the door to the gym is always locked. Key fob activation is $20 plus gst.
